Attilio Besio from Liguria, Italy was a welder who repaired the railroad viaduct at Borovnica, Yugoslavia.

Attilio's son, Gianni Besio, provided these interesting photographs from his father taken in May-June of 1941:

Besio said that his father was a member of the Railroad Regiment Battalion 13th Division V.
